Delivery Pricing and Times

• We pride ourselves on strong levels of service and aim to despatch orders promptly.
• Please view our Postage and Packing section for more information on the delivery type you prefer.
• Goods paid by credit card are normally despatched within 2 working days.
• The speed of delivery depends upon which delivery service you select. Please take this into account when you make your purchase.
• Goods are only despatched on working days, i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
• If you package does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.

Postage and Packing

Delivery days are Monday - Friday

• You must sign for receipt of your package
• If we have a signature for delivery (even if it is not yours) it is deemed that you have received the goods
• If you are not in to receive the goods, a card will be left and you must collect the goods from the Post Office
• Goods are returned to us by the Post Office if they are not collected as per the instructions on the card you receive.
• Please note that if we have to resend goods, re-delivery charges will be made.
• Overseas
• We currently only accept online payments from cards issued by UK banks. If you would like to place an order, but require delivery outside the UK or wish to pay with a card issued by a non-UK bank, please contact us and we would happy to assist with your enquiry.
• Please note that if we accept an International order (i.e. you have received an order acceptance), it would be subject to International delivery charges. We would not be responsible for any charges, customs clearance or duty.

Order Tracking

All our deliveries are made using courier services with tracking facilities. Should you wish to track the progress of your order please contact us and we will provide details of the carrier and tracking number.
